Online Somatic Community Dojo 2023-24

Andy Rogers and Bobby Davis recently ran a wonderful one-day Somatic Awareness in Coaching session for the Summer 2023 Graduate Day.

As a follow-up to that, and open to everyone, we invite you to join Andy and Bobby for a monthly online Community Somatic Dojo where we can be in practice and inquiry in the somatic stream together. Each gathering will last for 90 minutes, and you’re welcome to join whatever your stage of learning about this stream.

You can dip in and out when suits you although we think that a commitment to monthly practice will pay greater dividends in the long run. The gatherings are free to join and run monthly on a Friday from 4pm - 5.30pm (a great way to round off the week), on these dates:
