We’ve created a range of room options and rates to suit different needs. The per person ticket price includes all learning sessions, two night’s accommodation, breakfast, lunch, dinner, tea and coffee, from Friday evening – Sunday lunchtime. 

Please reserve your place now by filling in the booking form and paying a deposit of £100.

• Your £100 deposit will be refundable up to 30th June 2025.  After that date, the deposit is non-refundable unless we sell your reserved place, in which case we will refund you in full.

• You will need to pay the balance in full by 5th Sept 2025.  This is non-refundable.  If we are able to resell your place we will pass back to you the resale price of your ticket, which might be lower than the fee you paid.  This is because the person who takes your room may have selected a different room option at a lower rate.

We will allocate rooms on a first come, first served basis and as soon as we know we have a room for you, we will confirm your booking and send an invoice for the full amount. If we are over subscribed for the kind of room you have requested, we will contact you with other options.

All rooms have shared bathrooms.

Option 1: Single Occupancy £850 per person
You will have a bedroom entirely to yourself. Please note that your single occupancy room may have a double bed, single bed or bunk bed.

Option 2: Double Occupancy £700 per person
You will share a twin-bedded bedroom with one other person.  You can name a person you would like to share with – in which case this person will need to name you as their preferred roommate and make their booking close in time to yours as we will can only confirm when we receive their booking. Otherwise we will pair you with someone of the same gender as you.

Option 3: Multiple Occupancy of a shared room £600 per person
You will share a room with two or three other people in twin-beds and bunk-beds.  These rooms will be single gender. You are welcome to name preferred roommates. They need to name you as their preferred roommate and make their booking close in time to yours as we will can only confirm when we receive their booking.

Option 4: Day ticket for Saturday £195 per person
This option is from 10:00-16:00 including lunch. If you’re drawn to this option, please register your interest by selecting it below.  There will be a limited number of day tickets and we will be in touch with you by the end of September once we know if we are able to offer you one.   There is no deposit required for this option.
