Hello everyone, It’s about time we all felt each other’s physical presence so we’re hosting a very informal picnic style gathering on Saturday 7th May 2022, 1pm to 4pm at East
Sheen Gate of Richmond Park in London. We invite you to bring a rug or collapsible camping chair, some food to share, maybe a cake or two and a drink and just be together under a tree in the field close to East Sheen Gate. There is a toilet at the entrance to the park that we’ll be right nearby (20p entrance fee and you can pay by contactless) and not much else. There may be an ice cream van though, if the weather is nice. Mortlake train station is about 15/20 minutes walk away (mainline from Waterloo station) and you can park your car just outside the gate and there are no restrictions. Please come and join us with whoever you’d like to bring along - everyone is welcome. I think there will be a few PCC babies/toddlers in our midst too (hopefully)! Here’s a link to register - just so we can let you know if anything changes (the weather might not be good, in which case we’ll postpone the gathering), and so we can give you a mobile number to call in case you have any issues on the day.
